Participation terms and conditions: I hereby confirm that:
1. I am healthy and fit to participate in the race, that I’ve properly trained for it and that my physical condition has been examined and approved by a qualified physician.
2. I am familiar with the race route, nature and of the the event rules.
3. I agree that the event organizers event and the people in charge of it will not be responsible for any belongings or equipment that I bring with me to the race. I waive any claim, lawsuit and/or demand against the event organizers event and the people in charge of it in relation to damage and/or loss that might be caused to equipment and/or belongings in my possession.
4. I give permission to the event organizers to take photographs of me during the event and during pre-event activities and use any photograph, video, interview, recording etc. for marketing and advertising purposes in the following media outlets: television, internet, facebook, newspaper, stores, public relations, magazines, brochures and any other kind of printed, written or visual materials, without any compensation. Additionally, I agree to have my personal race bib (bib number) published in all the aforementioned media outlets.
